Through our programs, children:
Develop a PASSION going beyond our program, because the material is so inexpensive and accessible! (Balloons, face paint…)
Exercise their SELF-EXPRESSION, as they make the tricks their own with mini-shows before each class.
Build their SELF-ESTEEM, with new surprising and impressive skills, and with the colourful diplomas when they reach a new level.
Increase their MOTOR SKILLS, as all circus arts require very finely tuned gestures.
Develop a sense of BELONGING, thanks to this new group of kids they learn these special skills with; it helps them feel accepted and connected to their peers.

Each last 8 weeks, and include one 50-minute class per week.
From 0 to 35 in only 8 classes!!! During every class the kids will learn 3 to 5 magic tricks, and Clownatec provides all necessary accessories for them to practice at home! Every week, a few students are randomly selected to present one of the tricks they’ve learned. As the program progresses, so do their abilities AND their performances! At the end of the program, they will know 20 to 35 different tricks that they will be glad to impress all of their friends and family with!
Dinos and giraffes in school? Inflatable ones of course!!!! In this class, children learn how to make balloon animals, toys, decorations and awesome souvenirs! They will practice making 2 different balloon creations per class; cats, dogs, giraffes, dinosaurs, flowers, Spiderman, a wild menagerie! Each week, they go home with 2 sculptures for themselves, or to share with siblings. Balloon sculpting is a skill they’ll easily maintain for years to come and surprise anyone with!
Are your students thirsty for ACTION? Spinning plates, juggling and rolla-bolla should do the trick!!! In our juggling courses, the kids will develop their dexterity, coordination and taste for adventure!? In addition to learning how to juggle with silks, balls, and pins, they will learn to balance spinning plates, use flower sticks, the rolla-bolla and the devil stick… Some would say: circus at its best! You’ll love to see them so driven; you’ll love to see them so proud!
Watch the puppets come to life with the art of ventriloquism! Kids better be ready for loads of laughs and giggles as they refine the instrument that is their voice, dabbling in the arts of funny puppetry. They will have a ton of fun learning how to speak without moving their lips while keeping their voice loud and clear. An amazing tool to develop imagination, expression and shed overbearing shyness.
Put your hands together for the multi-talented performer: the clown!!!! Every proper clown knows how to master various circus art forms: balloon sculpting, face painting, and above all creating a stage persona! Children really love exploring this different and positive way of gripping our attention and finding the little jokers within. They always acquire a great deal pride and self-esteem after going through this program.
Awaken the artists, awaken the actors: face painting is set to begin! Paint brush in hand, the kids will learn how to transform themselves AND their friends into various characters: lions, princesses, dragons, dogs, mice, super-heroes, etc. They love the meticulous, yet completely amusing task of painting their dummy heads during class. Rest assured: our make-up is easy to wash-up and completely hypoallergenic.

We are well aware of the importance of school schedules. The Clownatec instructors always arrive a few minutes ahead, to greet the kids. However, they will only begin the program exactly at the set time to make sure nobody is left out.
We want to help the kids discover a new passion! To do so, access to materials should be easy for them, so we take care of it all! We’ll bring the materials to them, and in some cases we’ll even give them some extra for home!
When we put together the program, our goal was for kids not only learn new things, but also get to practice and see their new abilities develop. We’ve designed 50-minute workshops. ONE workshop every week for, 8 weeks.
