You might want to know:
your clown will arrive at the exact time of the performance.
The Clownatec team is ALWAYS READY: as soon as your clown comes in, the show starts! All the material is in one magical suitcase, so please have a small table (or chair) ready for your clown to put his suitcase on!
Keep in mind: you can take as many pictures and videos as you’d like… in fact, we’d love to see the beautiful or funny moments you’ve captured! Follow us on Facebook and see what we have so far!
We want everything to be perfect, here’s how you can help:
- Have the kids tidy up a little! Especially if you want the show in the kids’ playroom. Your child’s toys (unfamiliar to your young guests) can be a real distraction!
- Gather-up the kids a few minutes before our arrival, help create momentum and prepare them for the big reveal! Let the adults know: if they want to chat, they shouldn’t be talking too loudly so they don’t distract the children from the wonderful experience.
- Don’t feed the children… Well, during the show that is! Clownatec shows are very dynamic and interactive, to take part in the magic the kids need both hands (which shouldn't be too sticky!). It will be easier for them to enjoy the full experience if they are not snacking; and it will be much easier for you to avoid messes and spills!
- Make sure everyone is real comfy: set-up inside! Too often, a bit of rain, a wild gust of wind or simply the hot, hot sun have interrupted our shows… Through our years of experience, we’ve come to realize it’s really best to simply plan for an indoor performance.

- You can hand-in your cash payment at the end of the show. Our clowns are truly magical characters, help maintain the illusion: put your payment in an envelope!!!
- You might also want to plan for a little extra cash... It's not required, but when you see how amazing our clown is, when you see how impressed all of your guests are, you’ll probably want to give a tip!
