Let’s make it simple: use Pay pal or electronic transfer before the delivery, or simply hand-in a cash payment at the end of the show and we’ll send you your receipt in the following days!

We want to accommodate your request; to get the clown you want, at the time you want, aim to book one week in advance. Do check our availability, however, because we’ll gladly try to accommodate last minute booking requests.

Yes, but we will have to charge travel fees if you need us to go outside the centre of Ottawa or Gatineau. You should also plan for parking fees if there isn’t any free parking near by. We do need to be close to the door because of our GIANT balloon bouquet! but travelling charge may apply when you fill out the reservation form that will tell you if you do have some j’enleverai ottawa et gatineau.

Once our clown arrives on site, we’ll have to charge you the entire booking cost. It is, unfortunately part of the risk of a surprise… We do stick around 5 extra minutes, so that the person might show up, but after that, we will leave and try to contact you. We highly recommend that you have an accomplice on site to make sure your close one is present for the surprise!

Our one act show is 100% interactive, so plan to have your clown arrive BEFORE or AFTER the main course, so the food doesn’t get cold during the delivery show.

At the office:

it’s hard to plan coffee breaks ahead of time, so make sure you have an accomplice on site to help ensure your special someone will be easy to find!

We generally arrive exactly at the scheduled time. However, we plan for about 30 minutes extra, just in case. Sometimes we do need some flexibility when we have trouble finding the precise delivery place, particularly in office towers: it’s not always easy to get in or to get around.

We’ll bring on the magic anytime! 6 AM, noon, or midnight… We are good to go! We do charge a little extra outside the regular 9AM to 6PM hours.

Our clowns are dedicated, passionate professionals. Their only focus is to put on a totally spectacular and amazing show. If you feel they dazzled, and truly helped create a memorable moment, go ahead and give them a little extra. They’ll be so happy to know you were pleased with their performance!
