Clownatec was founded in 1995 and since then, we’ve put on hundreds of shows every year. We’ve developed a true expertise in the field of throwing PERFECTLY SUCCESSFUL birthday parties. We’d like to share our knowledge and help you plan an awesome birthday party.

How much do you charge? +

We have enough experience, talent, and dedication to please everyone!!!  Which is why we offer 6 wonderful packages to fit anyone’s needs and interests.  Find the perfect one for you and get all of the price info by filling out this form.

What are your preferred methods of payment? +

We want everything to be as simple as can be; we won’t even ask for a deposit!

When the show’s over, simply hand-in your cash payment and we’ll send you your receipt in the following days!

(We really want to maintain the magic of the clown, help us by handing in your payment IN AN ENVELOPE!)

How far in advance should I book? +

We want to accommodate your exact request; to get the perfect time, with the perfect clown, book one month in advance. The sooner you book, the better your chances of getting the perfect date and time for you!

Always check our availability: we'll do everything we can to accommodate last minute booking requests as well.

How about an outdoors show? +

We’ll risk it if you will…  But we really don’t recommend it. Too much sun and heat; gusts of wind; short cloud showers: we’ve found that outdoor birthday party shows have too often been dampened by Mother Nature.

To make the most of our sensational magic show: plan for it to be inside!

Am I expected to tip? +

Our clowns are dedicated, passionate professionals; their only focus is to put on a totally spectacular and amazing show. 

If you feel they truly dazzled the audience, and helped create a memorable party, you can show your appreciation by offering them something extra. 

They will be very happy to know you were pleased with their performance!

Can the kids eat during the show? +

Our shows are very dynamic and highly interactive! At any moment, kids could be asked to participate in the magic, so they should be ready to jump right in!

The ideal way to manage snacks is to serve them before the show while everyone waits for the inevitable straggling guests.

That way, you also avoid spills and messes during the performance!  Which is obviously a win-win situation!!!

How much space do you need? +

We’ll take what we can get! 

We can perform anywhere; living or dining rooms, rec-rooms…  Even restaurants, schools and festivals!

YOUR LIVING ROOM is actually our favorite place for the show!  All the kids are happy, up-close, sitting on the floor, and all of the adults are comfy sitting on the couch!

We simply need a 5 foot area so we can set the “stage”!

Do you need time to prepare? +

Prepare???  We were BORN READY!

We always travel with a suitcase full of fun surprises and magic! 

If you make sure we have a small table, or even a chair that we can place our suitcase on, we are good to go!

How early should my guests arrive? +

It's our experience, and probably yours as well, that someone is always late… 

Make sure your guests enjoy the full magical experience and prepare for stragglers: invite everyone 30 to 60 minutes before the beginning of the show!
